SVK Jungle is a Muslim children’s writer based in California whose work has been published with Ruqaya’s Bookshelf. Her debut picture book, ‘The Enormous Apple’ which was inspired by her son, and the picture book ‘Rahim, Wali & the Wise King’, which was based on a bedtime story her father concocted when she was little. She enjoys reading, writing, sipping hot tea and watching cartoons with her kids, and a newfound hobby she stumbled on is making amigurumi. SVK Jungle hopes to brew the most fantastical stories intertwined with Islam, that will captivate the hearts of her readers and make them proud to be Muslim. She is currently working on a new picture book.
